Beautiful Baileys Bottle

A very good morning to you all,
it's Sandy here, doing Elin's Inspirational Post for this week.
Elin is currently at home, resting after a hand surgery and on doctor's order and mine (:-)), she should take it easy for the next 2-3 weeks. Well; we'll see how she gets on with that; Elin recieved her new Maja Design Spring Collection papers the other day, so I'm not convinced she'll be a good girl...

Elin; if you're reading this (and I'm sure you will), TAKE IT EASY!!! :-)

So, since Elin didn't receive the new papers in time, she made this week's project with papers from the Summer Collection and has decorated a Bailey's Bottle.
Elin followed this tutorial, but has changed the measurements slightly so they fit to her bottle.

And now some detail pics.
Starting from the top; on the bottleneck, there's this gorgeous bow made out of organza ribbon.

Then we have a tag decorated with feathers, cheese cloth and butterflies:

Around the bottle, Elin used the gorgeous lace "Queen Victoria".

..and at the bottom, there's the adorable shabby chic mini angel resting next to the flower display:

Here's one last picture of the sentiment Elin stamped onto a tag and attached to the bottle neck:
The sentiment is Norwegian and it reads:
"You're one of the most fantastic, caring, and nicest people I know."

Thanks for stopping by today.
Hugz from Elin & Sandy
